Shipping policy

Due to the frozen nature of our product, all orders are shipped with at least 2-day delivery. We only ship orders Monday through Wednesday in order to prevent shipments sitting in a hot warehouse or truck over the weekend. Any orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday will be shipped on Monday.

All orders are shipped in insulated boxes with cold-packs to maintain, as much as possible, the frozen condition of the meat.
