Our Omega Balance Natural Beef has a verified Omega-6:Omega-3 ratio of 1:1, even lower than typical grass-fed beef, and definitely lower than typical grain-fed beef (up to 25:1). The high availability of beneficial Omega-3 fatty acids in our fermented forage also produces a high concentration of Omega-3 plasmalogens in the finished meat, resulting in meat that is actually anti-inflammatory in composition. There is no other meat that can match our anti-inflammatory characteristics (verified by independent laboratory)!
